Christian Community is often modeled around Acts, however, we believe that communal commands go all the way back to John 13 where Jesus himself lays the foundation for healthy, Christian community, specifically verses 13:12-16 & 13:34-35

John 13:12-16

12 When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. “Do you understand what I have done for you?” he asked them. 13 “You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14 Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. 15 I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16 Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.

34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. 35 By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Rarely is a Church described this way, and certainly not by the outside world. Infighting, division, and denominationalism is how the Church is commonly known.

Is the Church as a whole known for taking care of its sick, poor, young, homeless, and destitute? No. Many have allowed the government to usurp the role of the Church, to take their place in active obedience.

Here, race, gender, and age have no meaning - we are united solely in belief in Jesus and reliance upon Him as our Lord and Savior.

Here, we strive to be a preview image of The Kingdom of Heaven. Through Christ's power - not ours - unification and a community will develop that the world cannot ignore, and - hopefully - want to join.

Here, we are no longer a sick Church. No longer a broken, fragmented Church. No longer is the Christian life lived in isolation, abandonment, and desperation.

We provide service, care, and support to one another through a network of partner Churches and organizations, through service opportunities that offer meaningful "work", putting faith into action

We share resources including food, clothing, equipment, tools, vehicles, and much, much more, reducing cost and waste in ways that will make the world jealous - they cannot imitate what our Lord invented

We offer co-housing, shared, and communal housing opportunities, alleviating the cruel pressure of modern life, removing societal control, and ushering in a new era of Christian mentorship through curated housing arrangements

We seek to create community for Christians in all stages of belief. The Lord responds to faithful action - He responded to Abraham just as he responded Paul, and He will likely respond to you.

Ideally, we are a healthy blend of givers and receivers - each according to their abilities or needs, and relative to their particular stage in life. The goal is to protect and save each other.We organize our community into three figurative realms

Realm A

Those who are seeking service, care, and support opportunities - putting their faith into action - and/or those who are in need of such services

Realm B

Those with resources like jobs, food, clothing, equipment, tools, and vehicles that they wish to share, and/or those who are in need of such resources

Realm C

Those who wish to host or facilitate co-housing, shared, and communal housing opportunities, and/or those who are in need of such things
